You can collect your certificate at our Cambridge English Platinum Examination Centre office,
located at Al. Jerozolimskie 133 in Warsaw
(entrance from Al. Jerozolimskie) between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
You can also authorize someone to collect the certificate on your behalf.
The authorized person must have a completed and signed
Certificate Collection Authorization Form from the candidate.

Cambridge English Exam Results
Paper-based exam results (except YLE) are available approximately 4–6 weeks after the exam date.
Computer-based exam results are available 5–10 working days after the exam date.
The exact result release date is stated on each candidate’s Confirmation of Entry document.

IMPORTANT: Statement of Results is not a certificate,
a confirmation of your score on the Cambridge English exam.
IMPORTANT: Cambridge English Lang LTC Platinum Exam Center does not have access to candidates’ logins and passwords and does not provide information about Cambridge English exam results by email or phone. Candidates check their exam results individually.
How to collect the certificate?
Cambridge English paper certificates are available:
- 4–5 weeks after a computer-based exam
- 8–11 weeks after a paper-based exam
- YLE (Pre-A1 Starters, A1 Movers, A2 Flyers) certificates are available approximately 8 weeks after the exam date
Candidates receive information about the possibility of collecting their certificate at the e-mail address provided in the Cambridge English exam registration form filled out when purchasing the service.
Certificates can be collected in person at our office:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
You may also authorize someone to collect your certificate on your behalf. The authorized person must bring a printed, completed, and signed Certificate Collection Authorization Form from the candidate.
We issue certificates only upon presentation of a valid ID.
If at the time of registration for the Cambridge English exam the candidate chose the option of sending the certificate (by registered mail – PLN 15 or by courier – PLN 25) – please provide the address where the certificate should be sent. If the option is not selected and the candidate would like to use it, please contact us at egzaminy@lang.com.pl
Cambridge English certificates are kept at the Cambridge English Lang LTC Platinum Exam Center for 2 years from the time candidates are informed that they can be picked up
and after that time they are destroyed by the commission.
