IELTS test, October 16 at Poznan University of Technology – Information
- IELTS is available in two different test formats. The type of test you choose depends on the purpose for which you are taking it. On October 26 at Poznan University of Technology you can take IELTS Academic or IELTS General,
- IELTS Academic is designed for people who are applying for university admission,
- IELTS General Training is designed for individuals going to English-speaking countries for secondary education, gaining work experience, or participating in training programs. It is also a requirement for those migrating to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom,
- The Listening and Speaking modules are identical for both tests, while the Reading and Writing sections differ in content depending on the version of the test chosen,
- Before registering for the test, ensure which version is required by the institution you are applying to.

What does “Paper-Based (PB) IELTS” mean?
The IELTS session on October 26 at Poznan University of Technology will be conducted in a paper-based format. This means the test will be taken in the traditional manner, written on paper.

For the paper-based version, IELTS results will be available after 13 calendar days. Find how to check your IELTS results here.
A paper copy of your official Test Report Form will be send to you via registered mail after 13 days after the test.

The price of the IELTS test is 915 PLN
IELTS sample tests
IELTS tests four language skills and consists of four parts – Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. There are no breaks between Listening, Reading and Writing parts of the test. It lasts a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes Speaking part lasts 10 – 14 minutes.
