    You can collect your certificate<\/strong> at our Cambridge English Platinum Examination Centre office,
    located at Al. Jerozolimskie 133 in Warsaw
    (entrance from Al. Jerozolimskie) between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

    You can also authorize someone to collect the certificate on your behalf.
    The authorized person must have a completed and signed
    Certificate Collection Authorization Form<\/a> from the candidate.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
